Emperor Vision supported SEGRO with a comprehensive visualisation package designed to communicate the scale, ambition and commercial potential of key West London industrial sites, including Metropolitan Park, Perivale Park and Fairway Drive.
Combining helicopter filming, drone capture, CGI montage, and high-impact still imagery, the project helped bring proposed industrial redevelopment to life within its real-world setting, supporting occupier marketing.
Commercial storytelling for pre-let opportunity
The visualisation package supported SEGRO’s commercial objectives by presenting the sites as high-quality, sustainable and highly connected industrial opportunities.
The resulting imagery helped communicate scale, access, operational layout, roof-mounted solar infrastructure, landscape improvements and occupier potential, supporting marketing activity for pre-let opportunities across the West London portfolio.
Aerial capture and in-situ CGI
A key element of the project was the helicopter flyover, arranged and coordinated by Emperor Vision, capturing real aerial footage across Metropolitan Park, Perivale Park and Fairway Drive.
CGI was then carefully composited into the live-action footage to show the proposed developments building up in situ, allowing viewers to understand the site from a dynamic aerial perspective.
Complex logistics, delivered efficiently
The project required coordination across helicopter filming, drone capture, CGI production, photomontage, aerial stills and video post-production.
By managing the full visualisation process in-house, Emperor Vision delivered a fast, technically accurate and commercially useful package of assets that could be used across stakeholder presentation and marketing campaigns.
