Emperor Vision produced a premium suite of architectural visualisation assets for Marshalsea, an ambitious penthouse extension and rooftop garden situated above a converted 19th century industrial warehouse in London’s SE1.
Combining highly detailed CGI imagery with immersive 360° panoramic environments, the project was designed to help communicate the architectural vision, spatial experience and commercial potential of the development before construction.

Visualising Luxury Residential Living
The visualisation package focused heavily on atmosphere, materiality and natural light to create a realistic representation of the future living environment.
Rich industrial textures, exposed steelwork, oversized glazing and carefully composed interior styling helped establish a balance between warehouse character and contemporary luxury.
Particular attention was paid to how daylight travelled through the duplex space throughout the day, ensuring the visuals captured the warmth and openness expected from a premium residential development.
Immersive Buyer Experience
Alongside the still imagery, Emperor Vision created interactive 360° panoramic environments to allow prospective buyers, investors and stakeholders to experience the apartment spatially before completion.
The panoramic content enabled viewers to fully understand the scale of the open-plan living areas, the relationship between interior and exterior spaces, and the exceptional views across London.
These immersive tools became an important part of communicating the lifestyle, design intent and commercial value of the scheme during funding and marketing discussions.
